This opportunity is for you! **Position:** **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** High school graduate with extensive experience in the role and/or technical or technological degree in construction, civil works or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in construction projects (civil works, housing, urban development or infrastructure). * Specific experience in slab-on-grade construction (layout, leveling, excavation, reinforcement, formwork, pouring, finishing and curing). * Personnel management, progress control and material control on site. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the execution of civil works and slab-on-grade construction. * Interpret drawings, technical specifications and project schedules. * Assign and supervise tasks performed by skilled workers and assistants. * Verify quality, quantities of work completed and adherence to timelines. * Control the use of materials, tools and equipment. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Support the site resident engineer or project engineer in daily project management. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional Saturdays. **Conditions and Benefits:** * Salary: To be agreed upon according to experience \+ statutory benefits. * Full-time contract. * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Professional and dynamic work environment. **Location:** Mitu **Send your resume to:** seleccionth@aercaribe.com asistenteth@aercaribecargo.com Job Type: Full-time
