**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; occasional Saturdays

Job Mission
Support the comprehensive management of procurement and costs by identifying, evaluating, and monitoring suppliers to ensure that acquired products and services meet technical specifications, quality standards, and the company’s economic and logistical requirements.
Main Responsibilities
· Identify, contact, and visit suppliers for procuring materials, supplies, and services.
· Request and analyze quotations, comparing prices, quality, delivery times, and payment terms.
· Conduct supplier responsibility and compliance assessments, verifying legal documentation and references.
· Evaluate offered product quality against technical data sheets and customer requirements.
· Verify compliance with technical specifications in delivered products and ensure traceability.
· Coordinate collection, transportation, storage, and delivery of products to end customers.
· Maintain up-to-date supplier databases and procurement and cost records.
· Support preparation of internal cost comparisons and quotation analyses for projects.
· Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure complete, timely, and undamaged deliveries.
· Comply with and promote ethical standards, transparency, and sound business practices.
Requirements
· Technical or technological degree in administrative, accounting, logistics, or related fields.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, cost management, or supply logistics roles.
· Knowledge of negotiation, quotation analysis, and supplier evaluation.
· Ability to verify product quality and compliance with technical data sheets.
· Proficiency in office tools (Excel, email, procurement software).
· Willingness to travel regionally or nationally.
