Collaborates on the design of promotional marketing materials ### **Summary** \~ Provide analytical support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs and regional marketing and sales teams) across various low-to-medium complexity analytical reports. \~ Support and facilitate data-driven decision making for Novartis internal customers by delivering and communicating qualitative and quantitative analyses. \~ Support GBS \~ GCO businesses in building capability through participation in various initiatives such as knowledge sharing, onboarding and training support, leading the support team across all business-related tasks/activities, creating process documentation and knowledge repositories. \~ Be an integral part of an end-to-end design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Create and deliver against customer requirements per agreed SLAs. \~ Deliver services using a structured project management model with appropriate documentation and communication throughout service delivery. \~ Quality assurance; ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Deliver projects on time within stipulated deadlines. \~ Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). \~ Support the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories capturing qualitative and quantitative reports. \~ Participate in various knowledge-sharing sessions.
