Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineer to manage multidisciplinary design and interface coordination on a major road project in Colombia. Key Responsibilities: 1. The Project: This opportunity aims to support one of Colombia’s most significant road projects in recent years—a major road infrastructure initiative with an estimated investment of approximately COP 8.800 billion. You will be responsible for: * Managing multidisciplinary design and interface coordination. * Coordinating BIM processes and CDE administration. * Ensuring technical consistency, document control, and regulatory compliance. * Managing technical reviews (Design Gateway) and change control. * Coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal departments to integrate solutions. * Maintaining traceability, quality, and efficiency in design deliverables. * Collaborating to achieve the shared objective of transitioning to net-zero carbon emissions, proactively identifying, managing, and reducing associated emissions throughout project execution. You will need: * A degree in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering. * +10 years’ experience in road design and associated works. * Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary design. * Proficiency in BIM, CDE environments, and technical review processes (Design Gateway). * Knowledge of road regulations, design manuals, technical standards, and stakeholder coordination.
