We foster open communication, teamwork, and professional development in an environment that values talent and the well-being of every individual. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a **Digital Business Analyst** who wants to join our Organizational Transformation team and contribute to building new strategic solutions, services, and products for CALA Analytics. **Key responsibilities** * Conduct market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify new product/service opportunities. * Analyze the company’s current products and propose improvements or new alternatives. * Prepare training materials and internal and external presentations. * Support the development of demos and prototypes together with the R\+D department. * Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks for development teams using agile methodologies such as Scrum. * Monitor and track solution and demo development progress. * Generate documentation for final product delivery to Operations Management. **Requirements** **Education:** Professional degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Business, or related fields. **Desired training:** * Research tools * Agile methodologies * Product development **Experience:** Minimum **3 to 5 years** in similar roles.
