Management of high-performance teams Our client, a leading manufacturing company that produces and distributes architectural paints and coatings for the industrial and construction sectors, is seeking to hire a **Plant Director**. **Job Objective:** Plan and schedule production in accordance with market demand, optimizing resources while ensuring quality and operational efficiency standards. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum three (3) years leading production plants in the industrial sector (preferably in paints or chemicals). * **Methodologies:** Demonstrable knowledge and experience implementing process optimization methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or others). * **Competencies:** Strong planning skills, problem-solving ability, strategic leadership, results orientation, and management of high-performance teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead plant operational staff. * Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to established quality standards. * Control efficient use of materials and supplies, minimizing waste (costs). * Rigorously monitor production indicators (KPIs). * Coordinate machinery and equipment maintenance plans. * Implement continuous improvements in production processes. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. **Contractual Terms:** * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract (job stability). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Compensation Structure:** Base salary of $2.300.000 + Transportation allowance + Mobility allowance + Meal allowance + KPI achievement bonus. * **Average Monthly Total Income:** $4.049.000.
