Otis is growing and seeking an EHS Generalist to support the company’s Environment, Health, and Safety programs across all its operations. This role contributes to ensuring the prevention of workplace accidents and illnesses, promotes compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements, and identifies conditions that may pose risks to the safety and well-being of employees and contractors. On a typical day, you will:* Support implementation and maintenance of Otis’ EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) programs in accordance with national regulations and Otis corporate standards. * Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and workplace evaluations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. * Provide EHS guidance to operational teams, supervisors, and contractors. * Collaborate on EHS training sessions, safety talks, and safety awareness campaigns. * Participate in incident investigations and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions. * Monitor EHS performance indicators and support reporting. * Maintain required compliance documentation and records for audits and customer EHS requirements. * Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, resource usage, and adherence to environmental procedures. * Support contractor onboarding related to EHS, review documentation, and verify compliance. What You’ll Need to Succeed:* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Valid professional license to practice Occupational Safety and Health. * 50-hour or 20-hour SG SST certification * Training in safe work at height * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) roles within industrial, construction, service, or field operations environments. * Experience conducting inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. * Knowledge of ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 standards is preferred.
