Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for the role of Resident Engineer, responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installations in educational infrastructure projects, with emphasis on resource management and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in educational infrastructure projects, preferably schools 2. Supervision and coordination of electrical installations on site 3. Proficiency in BIM methodology We are looking for an **Electrical Engineer** to serve as a **Resident Engineer**, with experience in educational infrastructure projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a Resident Engineer on construction sites. * Proven experience in construction projects, preferably in **educational institutions (schools)**. * **BIM (Building Information Modeling)** proficiency is **PREFERRED**. * Knowledge of electrical installation supervision, regulatory compliance, and site coordination. * Experience in preparing **work stoppages and minutes**. * Leadership, teamwork, and effective communication skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the execution of electrical installations on site. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Conduct **work stoppages** and prepare **progress, committee, and follow-up minutes**. * Manage project resources and schedules. * Coordinate with other technical disciplines within a BIM environment. * Prepare progress reports and technical reports. **Requirements:** * Electrical Engineer * Advanced course in working at heights. * Height work coordinator. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Willingness to travel.
