Supervise daily project progress and coordinate teams A reputable company in the construction sector is looking for a Project Coordinator to join its team. We are seeking candidates with experience in procurement processes for supplies and products or logistics management in hardware stores. Objective: Ensure project execution control, safeguarding allocated resources, the available team, and adherence to activity schedules. Responsibilities: \- Direct, coordinate, and verify execution of works covered under the contractual scope of the assigned project, from initiation through satisfactory acceptance. \- Study, forecast, plan, specify, direct, inspect, execute, evaluate, and approve technical specifications, construction schedule, APU (Unit Price Analysis), and detailed budget as stipulated. \- Conduct detailed review of material consumption, quantification, and usage on site. \- Review construction drawings provided by the client for interpretation and implementation. \- Develop project plans, assign responsibilities, establish delivery dates and objectives, and ensure all team members are aware of tasks and deadlines. \- Supervise daily progress of assigned projects. \- Review pre-contract documentation and generate validation reports or observation reports. Requirements: * Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields in the construction sector. * Minimum five (5\) years of experience in building construction, preferably in institutional, commercial, or industrial projects. Must include three (3\) years of specific experience in construction project management or coordination, including development and monitoring of construction schedules, technical coordination across disciplines (architecture, structure, and utilities), drawing review, monitoring of construction progress, and coordination with resident engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
