Job Summary: We are seeking an Environmental Engineer to ensure regulatory compliance and implementation of the Environmental Management Plan, by implementing and supervising the Environmental Management System in the field. One of our business lines focuses on intelligent measurement of energy consumption and generation, efficiently transmitting all such data to our proprietary application and platform, and adding further value to this information through analysis and processing. * **Position:** Environmental Engineer * **Location:** Valledupar * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract * **Work Mode:** On-site **Position Objective:** Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and commitments outlined in the Environmental Management Plan (EMP), through effective implementation of the Environmental Management System and continuous on-site supervision, aiming to mitigate environmental impacts. **Responsibilities:** * Implement and lead the Environmental Management System at the construction site, ensuring all processes comply with organizational standards. * Indicator Monitoring: Collect data, monitor, and report environmental KPIs (e.g., water consumption, waste generation, carbon footprint, etc.). * Conduct periodic technical inspections to verify that contractors and internal staff comply with environmental guidelines. * Support execution of environmental management activities (e.g., waste, soil, flora, fauna, etc.). **Mandatory Requirements:** * Environmental professional or technician, or related field. * Knowledge of Colombian environmental regulations. * Willingness to work in rural areas. **Desirable Requirements:** * Comprehensive management of construction and demolition waste (CDW) and hazardous waste (HW). * Prior experience in the Renewable Energy sector. **Why Join Us?** * You will work with a diverse, young, and committed team focused on the global impact they generate. * You can help shape the future of our technology by proposing bold and creative ideas — as a team, we will evaluate and implement them. * You will have the opportunity to grow professionally within a company rapidly evolving in this highly innovative market. * You will contribute to delivering clean energy and energy efficiency to everyone.
