We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician I Job Requirements Technical or technological degree in civil works, construction, or related fields. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment or infrastructure. Knowledge of failure analysis and technical problem-solving. Safe work at heights training course. Job Purpose To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the assigned specialty, ensuring proper equipment operation, service continuity, and compliance with the company-defined quality standards. Functions and Responsibilities Timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks within one's specialty. Assessment of risks, tools, materials, and working conditions prior to task commencement. Root cause analysis of failures and proposal of technically viable solutions. Requesting authorizations in accordance with contract-defined limits. Carrying and correctly using tools required for service execution. Monitoring and tracking the operational status of equipment. Promptly reporting equipment status to the client. Providing technical assistance and support as required. Delivering services to client satisfaction by completing the respective form. Submitting necessary documentation for service closure.
