Position Summary: Lead and supervise field exploration execution, ensuring schedules, safety, and equipment integrity while maintaining active operations and the accuracy of technical information. Ensures the accuracy of reported technical information. **Field Exploration Coordinator** Lead and supervise field exploration execution through assertive leadership and efficient resource management, ensuring compliance with technical schedules, occupational safety and health, and equipment integrity. This position is directly responsible for preventing operational interruptions, maintaining authority over work crews, overseeing operational performance, controlling and distributing supplies, and ensuring the accuracy of technical information reported to headquarters. **Education and Knowledge** ● **Educational Level:** Technician degree in Civil Works, Construction, Geotechnics, or related fields (with a practical focus). ● **Digital Tools:** Basic Excel proficiency (data reporting, simple tables) and corporate communication tools (WhatsApp/Microsoft 365\). ● **Vehicle Operation:** Valid driver's license. **Salary:** 3\.200\.000 Initial contract: two fixed-term periods of six months each; if performance is satisfactory, extension may continue into subsequent years, eventually progressing to an indefinite-term contract. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
