




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or technologist with experience in FTTH network deployment and construction for tasks including optical fiber cable laying, installation, splicing, and testing, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Teamwork and strong commitment to quality Main Responsibilities: Laying of aerial and ducted optical fiber cables. Installation of hardware, poles, and anchors. Installation of NAP boxes and splice closures. Fusion splicing of optical fiber. Assembly and organization of CTOs. Reading and interpreting network diagrams. Supporting construction of backbone and urban ring networks. Basic technical tests for continuity and power. Compliance with industrial safety standards and working at heights. Requirements: Education: Technician or technologist degree in telecommunications, electronics, or networking. Valid certification for working at heights. Experience: Minimum 1 year in FTTH network deployment or construction. Experience in aerial and/or underground cable laying. Proficiency in using a fusion splicer. Technical Knowledge: GPON (physical infrastructure). Basic RETIE regulations. Safety in external networks. Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. Desirable: Experience in large-scale fiber projects. Driver’s license C1 or C2. Conditions: Competitive salary based on experience. Bonus per meter deployed or per milestone achieved.
