Knowledge of Colombian labor regulations and social security A Technical or Technological Specialist in Human Resources Management, Administration, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or related fields is required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, to support administrative and operational processes within the Human Talent area. The ideal candidate is organized, capable of managing multiple processes, and delivers excellent internal customer service. Responsibilities include handling telephone inquiries and user requests, processing affiliations and social security procedures, supporting payroll activities, managing documentation, controlling supplies and inventories, monitoring the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS), managing personnel updates, participating in recruitment processes, and supporting occupational wellness programs. In-depth knowledge of Colombian labor regulations, social security, and basic payroll processes is essential, as well as teamwork skills, assertive communication, responsibility, and attention to detail.
