Our broad portfolio of high-quality, branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolism, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory diseases. **What You’ll Do** * Execute PSA (contract) agreements and manage the entire related process, tracking required documents (Annex 7, FMV, Contract, Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Annex 10, and Attendee List). * Execute sponsorships (conferences) and manage the entire related process, tracking files in shared folders, event supporting documents, sponsorship letters, event agendas, and attendance certificates. * Maintain up-to-date PSA and sponsorship template libraries for audit purposes. * Support managers and Groupers in activities related to contracts. * Propose ideas for promotional materials and assist in their selection. * Quote, order, and purchase promotional materials. * Request material codes as permitted and arrange out-of-cycle shipments. * Support product managers and directors as needed. * Manage promotional materials for events in coordination with Procurement and Design teams. * Send and request correspondence. * Organize events for continuing medical education (events exclusively for physicians and pharmacists; attend to learn). * Support the contract creation process. * Conduct market analysis. * Price shopping (analysis of pricing across products in the line). * Maintain consistent communication with district managers and representatives. * Support division assistants. * Conduct field visits and provide feedback on improvements and communications. * Execute one or more projects assigned by the Corporation to help achieve objectives or improve processes or implement plans—or other marketing-related initiatives. * Maintain up-to-date event inventory and cost records on a weekly and monthly schedule. **Required Qualifications** Communication and interpersonal skills Interest in Trade Marketing Numerical and data analysis skills Intermediate–Advanced Excel proficiency Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields Apply Now Follow your professional aspirations with Abbott to explore diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
