




**JOIN THE TEAM AT MOCAWA RESORT HOTEL** We are seeking a comprehensive Internal Auditor to audit and control all hotel processes (financial, administrative, and operational) at our resort located in La Tebaida, Quindío. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct comprehensive audits of hotel departments: revenue, accommodation, food and beverages, inventory, procurement, cash handling, and administrative processes. * Verify compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. * Prepare audit reports and follow up on improvement plans. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in internal auditing, preferably within the hotel industry. * Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems/PMS. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability, attention to detail, ethics, and confidentiality.
