One of our business lines focuses on intelligent measurement of energy consumption and generation, delivering all such data efficiently via our proprietary application and platform, and adding further value through analysis and processing. **Position:** Intervention Engineer **Location:** Valledupar, Cesar **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Work Mode:** On-site **Position Objective:** Ensure technical, administrative, and regulatory compliance during the construction and installation of solar micro-farms, verifying that the contractor executes works according to approved designs, company quality standards, and the established schedule for operational commissioning. **Responsibilities:** * Technical supervision: Verify that the installation of structures, modules, inverters, and grids strictly complies with engineering drawings and current regulations. * Schedule control: Monitor physical progress against the work plan, alerting for deviations and validating progress reports for payment purposes. * Quality and HSE management: Ensure compliance with industrial safety protocols and verify quality of materials received on site. * Reporting and documentation: Prepare intervention reports and consolidate the construction dossier for project closeout and handover. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Civil Engineering (with valid professional license). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in intervention or supervision of electrical infrastructure projects. * Solid knowledge of RETIE regulations and local electrical standards. * Willingness to travel regularly to construction sites (rural projects). **Desirable Requirements:** * Specialization in Project Management or Renewable Energy. * Certification for working at heights (valid coordinator or advanced level). * Specific experience in assembling utility-scale photovoltaic systems (solar micro-farms or solar parks). * Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD) and project management software (MS Project). **Why Join Us?** * You will work with a diverse, young, and mission-driven team focused on global impact. * You can help define the future of our technology by proposing bold and creative ideas — as a team, we’ll evaluate and implement them together. * You’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally within a rapidly evolving company operating in a highly innovative market. * You’ll contribute to delivering clean energy and energy efficiency to people everywhere.
