




Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Assistant to ensure inventory control and optimization, minimize costs, and guarantee accuracy between physical inventory and system records. Identify improvements in inventory processes We are looking for an Inventory Assistant to join our team and take on one of the most critical challenges for our business: ensuring inventory control and optimization, minimizing costs caused by overstock or stockouts, conducting audits, managing inventory turnover, and ensuring accuracy between physical inventory and system records. Required Profile * Technical or technological degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial sector companies with high inventory volumes. * Solid knowledge of inventory control and analysis. * Proficiency in data analysis tools. Experience with multiple software systems (e.g., Siigo, Silogtrans) is a plus. * Ability to identify improvements in inventory processes. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. What will you do in this role? * Analyze and control inventories according to their location. * Supervise and optimize inventory management, ensuring inventories are correctly valued and aligned with business needs. * Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities, collaborating closely with Accounting, Procurement, Production, and Sales departments. * Provide recommendations that directly impact the company’s income statement.
