**Inventory Leader** At **ASIATI**, we are looking for an Inventory Leader responsible for ensuring the accuracy, control, and proper management of inventory nationwide, guaranteeing operational efficiency, product traceability, and compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs). **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control inventories across all locations, ensuring product accuracy and availability. * Implement and maintain sound internal control practices to minimize losses, adjustments, and discrepancies. * Coordinate and execute cycle counts, physical inventories, and internal audits. * Analyze variances and develop action plans to improve inventory accuracy. * Ensure the correct execution of goods receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes. * Lead the inventory team, promoting adherence to procedures and operational standards. * Manage inventory reports, KPIs, and audit findings to support decision-making. * Coordinate with departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure proper goods flow and control. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations during inventory activities. **Requirements:** * Associate or Professional degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control and management. * Knowledge of counting methodologies, variance analysis, document control, and auditing. * Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and office software tools. * Strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Direct employment contract with the company. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Dynamic, collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement. **Position Type:** Full-time.
