




Job Summary: Provides first-level technical support, participates in IT infrastructure management, and collaborates on digitalization and cybersecurity projects. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in basic cybersecurity initiatives **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Provide first-level hardware and software technical support to internal users. Support equipment and peripheral installation and configuration. Perform preventive equipment maintenance. Collaborate in incident management via the IT Service Desk platform. Update IT fixed asset and license inventories. Support documentation of procedures and technical manuals. Liaise with vendors (Dell and HP warranties) and manage minor purchases (accessories, toners, etc.). Participate in digitalization and automation projects under supervision. Support functional testing and software quality control. Participate in basic cybersecurity initiatives.
