You will be a key player in maintaining smooth operations and supporting both the technical team and colleagues across other departments. ️ **General responsibilities** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to internal users. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, peripherals, software, and required licenses. * Perform basic preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance. * Assist in the administration and support of local servers. * Keep updated inventory records of equipment, licenses, peripherals, mobile lines, applications, and technological resources. * Support incident and service request management, ensuring proper tracking and timely resolution. * Collaborate in the installation and updating of operating systems and corporate software. * Document procedures, backups, configurations, and changes made. * Support communication network connectivity (LAN, Wi\-Fi, basic cabling). * Maintain constant communication with different departments to identify and resolve technological needs. * Incident management and tracking. * Support procurement activities related to the IT department. * User training. * **Requirements** **Education:** Technologist or professional degree in information systems, IT support, computer technology, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years in technical support or IT support analyst roles**. **Technical skills:** * Hardware, software, and network support and maintenance. * Knowledge and experience with Windows, Linux, and iOS. * Installation and configuration of licenses, programs, and peripherals. * Experience with Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Sharepoint, Admin center 365, EntraID, Windows defender, etc.). * Knowledge of inventory management. * Proficiency with Jira and productivity tools. * Basic knowledge of networks and structured cabling. * **A plus (non-exclusive):** Experience with Google Workspace, 1password, No\-code tools, Artificial Intelligence. **Personal skills:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Assertive communication and service-oriented attitude. * Teamwork and problem-solving abilities. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **What we offer** * Collaborative and learning-oriented work environment. * Opportunities for career development within the technology area. * Participation in technological improvement projects. * Job stability and potential for professional growth. **Does this sound like you?** If you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems, and want to keep growing in the IT world...
