




Job Summary: The Junior Procurement Analyst will manage and coordinate the procurement of materials for furniture production, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost control. Administrative support to the Procurement Coordinator Job Objective: The Junior Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing and coordinating all procurement of materials required for furniture production, including textiles, upholstery, chairs, foams, chair components, and stationery, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and cost control. The candidate must have experience purchasing these materials, managing suppliers, and negotiating prices. Reports directly to the Procurement Coordinator and assists in daily tasks, including invoice registration for supplier payments, administrative duties, and order tracking, among others. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of procurement experience, preferably in furniture or related industries. **Employment Conditions** * **Salary:** Current Legal Minimum Wage + Statutory Benefits. * **Working Hours:** \* Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturday: Half-day. * **Contract Type:** Direct employment with the company.
