Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with specifications and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and operational planning and supervision of construction projects. 2. Ensuring execution in accordance with drawings, regulations, and quality standards. 3. Technical validation of structural designs for high-end residential buildings. Plan, coordinate, supervise, and control the technical and operational execution of construction projects developed by Crea Casa, ensuring that works are carried out in compliance with structural drawings, technical specifications, current regulations, and company-established quality standards. The position is responsible for ensuring proper planning, resource management, material control, on-site personnel supervision, schedule adherence, as well as technical validation of project structural designs—particularly for high-end architectural and structural residential developments. Education: * Completed university-level technical degree (Desirable) Experience: * Five: 4 years (Desirable) License/Certification: * Professional ID card (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
