Direct client liaison and deliverables supervision. **POSITION INFORMATION** ------------------------- **Position:** Project Leader **Department:** Production Planning **Immediate Supervisor:** Projects Manager **General Summary:** Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal departments, controlling schedules and budget, and ensuring compliance with standards. Serve as the direct client liaison and supervise deliverables, logistics, and commissioning. ### **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Project management certification (PMP or similar) is desirable. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of project management experience, preferably in industrial sectors such as metal-mechanical, aerospace, oil/gas, and/or transportation, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams, budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation. **Knowledge / Training:** * Familiarity with fuel supply systems, pumps, valves, PLCs, and applicable international standards (NFPA, IATA, ATA, ISO 9001, etc.) is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, ERP, Oracle/Netsuite, etc.). * Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is desirable. * Conversational English is desirable. Valid U.S. visa is desirable. ### **FUNCTION DESCRIPTION** * Lead projects from order receipt to final delivery. * Develop and maintain the project schedule (Gantt chart), identifying risks and critical path items. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, production, and quality departments to ensure timely delivery. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project; prepare weekly reports and status meetings. * Manage scope changes (change orders), mitigating time and budget deviations. * Ensure compliance with applicable international standards (NFPA, IATA, ATA, etc.). * Serve as the client liaison throughout the project; manage deliverables, inspections, testing, and commissioning. * Coordinate delivery logistics, both domestic and international, and on-site commissioning where applicable. * Perform other duties as assigned according to organizational needs.
