




**JOB INFORMATION** **Position:** Project Leader **Area:** Production Planning **Immediate Supervisor:** Projects Manager **General Summary:** Ensure the successful execution of company projects by efficiently managing resources, time, and budget to meet industry quality and safety standards, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. This role involves leading interdisciplinary teams, managing risks, and optimizing processes to deliver innovative and profitable solutions aligned with customer needs and the company's strategic objectives. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Professional degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, logistics, international business, or related fields **Experience:** +3 years as PM, proficiency with tools **Knowledge / Training:** * Advanced Excel * SQL * Power BI **FUNCTION DESCRIPTION** * Project planning: define objectives, schedules, and deliverables aligned with customer needs and internal processes. * Team coordination: manage interdisciplinary resources (production, procurement, engineering, logistics). * Project monitoring: track milestones, budget, timelines, and potential deviations. * Quality and regulatory control: ensure products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards. * Communication and documentation: maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams; consolidate and update project documentation. * After-sales management: coordinate delivery and commissioning information with the after-sales department. * ERP and costs: review project data in the system (dates, hours, budgets, milestones) and ensure consistency and proper closure of work orders (WO). * Risk management: identify and mitigate risks during project execution. * Meetings and reporting: lead follow-up meetings and present progress reports.
