




**Job Responsibilities** * **Integrated project management:** Project initiation, closure, and operational control in accordance with established procedures. * **Personnel administration:** Staff onboarding, shift scheduling, attendance tracking, and coordination of disciplinary actions. * **Logistics and supplies:** Ensuring inventory levels, procurement, and contracts to guarantee operational continuity. * **Supplier relations:** Compliance with legal and HSEQ requirements, documentation updates, and issuance of release and discharge certificates. * **Administrative management:** Petty cash handling, expense control, and recordkeeping in internal systems. * **Transportation and accommodation coordination:** Route planning, vehicle maintenance, and staff welfare. * **Leadership and communication:** Team leadership, clear information dissemination, and adherence to organizational policies. * **Regulatory compliance:** Safety, occupational health, environmental protection, and active participation in the road safety committee.
