Teamwork and organization **VACANCY: MAINTENANCE AND INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST** Location: Engativá A leading pharmaceutical products marketing company is seeking a **Maintenance and Infrastructure Analyst**, responsible for supporting the department’s administrative and operational management while ensuring proper functioning of facilities. **Required Profile** * Technician or final-semester student in Business Administration or related fields * Minimum **2 years of experience** in administrative roles, preferably in maintenance or infrastructure departments **Main Responsibilities** * Support planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Manage work orders and track vendors and technicians * Control and update department documentation (reports, schedules, KPIs) * Request quotations and support procurement processes for supplies and services * Monitor compliance with schedules and service agreements * Administer records and inventories related to infrastructure and maintenance * Support facility modifications and improvements * Prepare management reports and activity control reports for the department **Competencies** * Teamwork * Organization and planning * Assertive communication * Attention to detail **Working Conditions** * Working Hours: * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Salary: **$2\.100\.000 \+ performance-based adjustments \+ statutory benefits** * Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract **If you meet the profile and wish to grow in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.** **Apply only if you meet all requirements.** Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site
