Technical assistance and customer support We are currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician I Job Requirements Technical or Technologist degree in Construction, Civil Works, or related fields Desirable (but not mandatory): CONTE, CONAL, or COPNIA card One year of experience in facility maintenance (e.g., white work, tiling, plastering, etc.) Safe Work at Heights training course Job Purpose To carry out maintenance tasks according to the assigned specialty, ensuring proper equipment operation, service continuity, and compliance with company-defined quality standards. Duties and Responsibilities Timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks within one’s specialty. Assessment of risks, tools, materials, and working conditions prior to task initiation. Root cause analysis of failures and proposal of technically viable solutions. Requesting authorizations in accordance with contract-defined limits. Carrying and correctly using tools required for service delivery. Monitoring and tracking the operational status of equipment. Promptly reporting equipment status to the customer. Providing technical assistance and support when required. Delivering services to customer satisfaction by completing the corresponding form. Submitting necessary documentation for service closure.
