




Job Summary: Interprets and measures blueprints, constructs walls and structures, applies plastering and finishes, installs claddings, and prepares materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Construction and finishing of structures 2. Material preparation and scaffolding assembly 3. Demolition, repair, and construction supervision Interpretation and Measurement: Analyze blueprints and designs to calculate material requirements and establish horizontal and vertical alignments (level and plumb). Wall and Structure Construction: Erect brick, block, stone, or concrete walls, and construct foundations, beams, columns, and roofs. Plastering and Finishing: Apply plaster layers (roughcast/thick plaster and finish coat) to smooth walls and ceilings, as well as install screeds. Cladding: Install tiles, floor tiles, and flooring in interior and exterior areas. Material Preparation: Prepare concrete, mortar, cement, and lime mixtures. Assembly and Disassembly: Erect necessary scaffolding and ramps for elevated work. Basic Installations: Install sewer pipes, embed ironwork, and window frames. Demolition and Repair: Demolish old structures and repair cracks or damage on façades. Supervision: Coordinate and guide laborers or construction assistants.
