***CARGO:PM CAUCA*** ***TITULO*** * Professional in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics or related fields. * Specialization and/or Master's degree in Project Management, Technology Management or related areas **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum three (3\) years of experience leading projects or in related roles (project coordinator, project analyst, technical leader.) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Project management * Project planning and control * Cost, schedule, quality, and risk management. * Documentation and change control methodologies. **FUNCTIONS:** Define the project plan (scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks). Coordinate and lead the project work team assigned. Monitor compliance with schedules, costs, and quality. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes. Supervise the fulfillment of deliverables according to established requirements. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Report progress, deviations, and recommendations to management. Ensure project closure with lessons learned and final documentation.
