Key communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. **EDUCATION:** Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Specialization and/or Master’s degree in Project Management, Technology Management, or related areas. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum four (4) years of experience leading projects or in related roles (project coordinator, project analyst, technical lead). **TRAINING:** * International certifications: Agile and traditional methodologies. * Desirable studies related to project management. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Project management * Project planning and control * Management of costs, timelines, quality, and risks. * Documentation and change control methodologies. **FUNCTIONS:** * Define the project plan (scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks). * Coordinate and lead the project's assigned work team. * Monitor adherence to schedules, costs, and quality. * Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes. * Supervise delivery of outputs according to established requirements. * Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. * Report progress, deviations, and recommendations to senior management. * Ensure project closure with lessons learned and final documentation. * Manage contractors, procurement, and project-related resources (where applicable). * Provide comprehensive operational support for commercial activities from Engineering, such as site surveys, site visits, and technical assessments required for the commercial process. * All duties related to this position
