Data-driven analysis and decision-making to optimize processes Job ID 62651 Category Manufacturing Location La Argentina, Colombia Work Type Hybrid Here’s what the person in this role will do: * Implement at the plant the **globally defined manufacturing processes** for new vehicle models (e.g., Hybrid Ranger), adapting them to the specific conditions of Pacheco Plant. * Analyze **process differences** between current and newly launched models, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. * Diagnose and resolve **internal and external quality issues**, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. * Implement **process improvements** to optimize production line efficiency, quality, and performance. * Lead initiatives for **continuous improvement, innovation, and waste reduction**. * Apply **Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma** tools for process analysis and redesign. * Analyze production data using business intelligence and analytics tools to support **data-driven decision-making**. * Maintain smooth and effective communication with local and international teams, primarily with **Australia, Thailand, and South Africa**. ??‍??
