You will drive the performance of a highly collaborative team comprised of diverse and talented colleagues. Our **Finance** team is seeking a **Procurement Analyst** to join Inchcape Americas. The purpose of this role is to manage cross-functional Procurement activities in accordance with Management’s guidelines and policies across controls, audits, process transformation, as well as managing procurement initiatives through BPO—thereby ensuring process traceability, timely information, and report management per requirements. * Manage company procurement initiatives via BPO, ensuring appropriate interaction among requesting departments, BPO, and supporting departments in line with the procurement process. * Support compliance with Incontrols for the procurement process across the company, ensuring execution of the plan, timely reporting, and monthly closure per schedule. * Manage and address internal and external audits and control processes, ensuring delivery of agreed outputs and implementation of corresponding action plans. * Manage and participate in implementing initiatives and developing improvement and transformation projects to enhance efficiency in current Management processes. * Manage assigned processes within company systems (e.g., suppliers, release strategies), ensuring correct operation in accordance with company policies. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Solid experience using SAP and office productivity tools. * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to interact effectively with users. * Strong learning agility. * Ability to manage conflict, resolve problems efficiently, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement, administrative, and/or process-related functions. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to build it with us.
