You will be responsible for designing and executing procurement strategies that optimize resources, ensuring the availability of key materials and services for the success of our road infrastructure projects. Your role will be fundamental in planning, formulating, and implementing efficient solutions for purchase requests, guaranteeing quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement innovative and efficient procurement strategies aligned with overall project objectives. * Conduct strategic procurement planning, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization. * Establish and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers, fostering mutually beneficial relationships. * Actively manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with agreements and pursuing continuous improvement. * Propose, plan, formulate, and execute comprehensive solutions for project material, equipment, and logistics service purchase requests. * Lead the supplier selection process, defining clear and objective criteria such as delivery timeliness, price, quality, and brand. * Prepare and analyze price and commercial condition comparisons to make informed purchasing decisions. * Supervise the logistics of material and equipment delivery, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain. * Stay updated on market trends and best practices in procurement and logistics. * Actively contribute to improving internal procurement and supply processes. * Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. **Job Requirements:** * Professional Degree: Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields, or Business Administration. * Postgraduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related areas. * Minimum 8 years of experience in similar positions, with specific focus on negotiation, procurement, and contracting of resources and materials for large-scale projects, preferably road infrastructure. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Windows, PowerPoint, Excel). * Solid knowledge of Logistics and Procurement. * Knowledge of International Trade. * Demonstrated ability to develop supplier selection criteria, prioritizing delivery timeliness, price, brand, and quality. * Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. * Strong results orientation and commitment to achieving objectives. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Proactivity and attention to detail. * English: Intermediate or advanced level (desirable).
