Job Summary: This role focuses on optimizing dispatch methods, service levels, and customer experience, leading projects, and managing logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimize continuous improvement of dispatch methods and customer experience. 2. Lead the creation of new locations and dispatch methods. 3. Propose initiatives to improve logistics operations. **Job Description** ---------------------- Optimize continuous improvement of dispatch methods, service levels, and customer experience by proposing and implementing solutions and projects. Manage KPIs for analyzing service levels, delivery times, rejection rates, and complaints. Ensure proper performance of dispatch methods on-site. Define and manage capacities and safety stock. Lead the creation of new supply locations and dispatch methods. Coordinate with various teams on the development of dispatch-related projects. Propose initiatives aimed at improving logistics operations to ensure proper execution of dispatch methods.
