Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Technologist or Professional, or an Industrial Designer, to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery performance, serving as a bridge between design, planning, and execution. We are a leading company manufacturing bathrooms for the luxury bus and transportation industry and portable solutions, and we are seeking talent for our production team. We seek a Production Technologist or Professional, or an Industrial Designer; the ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between design, planning, and operational execution, ensuring efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery performance. * Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * 2D and 3D design skills. * Familiarity with trends in morphology, materials, and aesthetic sensitivity. * Knowledge of basic electrical and pneumatic systems for bathrooms is desirable. * Production planning and inventory management. * Conduct weekly production planning based on customer orders and coordinate with warehouse for material preparation. * Develop initial prototypes to validate concepts and create technical drawings for manufacturing (including fiberglass, electrical, and pneumatic systems). * Monitor production processes, ensure proper completion of forms, and adherence to quality standards. * Implement design modifications to optimize products and report management indicators along with corresponding action plans. * Collaborate closely with Procurement, HSEQ, and Logistics to ensure effective product dispatch. * Knowledge of industrial design. ***CONDITIONS*** ***Salary:*** 2\.200\.000,00 (COP)\-2\.400\.000,00 (COP) per month ***Location:*** Fontibón Cra 128 \#15a \- 46 ***Contract Type:*** Fixed-term contract. ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday 7:00am \- 4:00pm \- Saturdays 7:00am \- 11:00am ***Position Type:*** Full-time Position Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
