Key Responsibilities \- Schedule and monitor daily and weekly production. \- Manage inventories of raw materials and finished products. \- Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation programs, and quality and food safety requirements. \- Coordinate inspections, audits, and quality-related analyses. \- Control documentation, traceability, and production records. \- Support procurement, supply, and logistics processes. \- Develop and analyze management indicators for decision-making.
