We are looking for a Production Analyst for a company in the metal-mechanical sector, responsible for ensuring control, monitoring, and efficiency of production processes. This person will interpret operational information, support production planning, and ensure compliance with key performance indicators, contributing to continuous improvement within the plant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out daily monitoring of production processes and verify compliance with the production schedule. * Analyze times, consumption, waste, and production yields. * Prepare management reports and operational reports (production KPIs, efficiency, productivity, quality). * Coordinate with departments such as maintenance, quality, logistics, and procurement to ensure proper material flow and order processing. * Support production planning and scheduling based on demand and installed capacity. * Propose process improvements to optimize time and resources. * Control inventory of raw materials and work-in-progress items related to their area. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Associate degree or professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar roles within the metal-mechanical or manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of production control, data analysis, time and motion studies, and quality systems. * Advanced Excel skills and/or production software (ERP). * Analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and effective communication. **Key Competencies:** * Teamwork * Frustration tolerance * Results orientation * Analytical ability * Proactivity and problem-solving * Adaptability to change Job type: Full-time
