Job Summary: A major construction company is seeking an Architect with experience in architectural design, interdisciplinary coordination, and preparation/approval of drawings for urban housing projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Urban housing project design. 2. Coordination of various engineering and architectural disciplines. 3. Opportunity for professional growth. A major construction company requires an Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in construction firms, possessing a high level of responsibility, organization, and commitment. Knowledge of architectural design and coordination across different design and finishing disciplines. Experience in drawing preparation and approval, 3D modeling, and layout. Experience in VIS (Social Interest Housing) project development is desirable. Advanced and mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (or other modeling and rendering tools), and Microsoft Office. Revit usage is recommended. **Purpose**: \-Design of urban housing projects, including urban planning, infrastructure facilities, and real estate units. \-Coordination of the various disciplines involved in a project (engineering, utilities, architecture) and execution of site plans for regulatory entities and the construction department. \-Other duties related to the Projects Department as assigned by the company.
