This role involves leading interdisciplinary teams, managing risks, and optimizing processes to deliver innovative and profitable solutions aligned with customer needs and the company's strategic objectives. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Professional degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, logistics, international business, or related fields **Experience:** +3 years as PM, proficiency with tools **Knowledge / Training:** * Advanced Excel * SQL * Power BI **FUNCTION DESCRIPTION** * Project planning: define objectives, schedules, and deliverables aligned with customer needs and internal processes. * Team coordination: manage interdisciplinary resources (production, procurement, engineering, logistics). * Project monitoring: track milestones, budget, timelines, and potential deviations. * Quality and regulatory control: ensure products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards. * Communication and documentation: maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams; consolidate and update project documentation. * After-sales management: coordinate delivery and commissioning information with the after-sales department. * ERP and costs: review project data in the system (dates, hours, budgets, milestones) and ensure consistency and proper closure of work orders (WO). * Risk management: identify and mitigate risks during project execution. * Meetings and reporting: lead follow-up meetings and present progress reports.
