Technician in Construction, or Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineer (the latter for steel structure works) 2. Knowledge of current construction specifications (IDU, INVIAS, NSR, CCP, ACI, ANSI/AWS, AASHTO). 3. Two years of experience in quality-related work pertaining to the scope of works to be executed by the contractor.
