Verification of execution in accordance with drawings and specifications **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION RESIDENT** *Owner's representative on site · Technical and contractual supervision* **Main Responsibilities** * Verify that construction work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and the contract * Monitor progress against the schedule and alert deviations * Supervise material quality, construction processes, and finishes * Review and approve site minutes, payment applications, and scope change requests * Act as the project owner's eyes on site, reporting directly to coordination **Profile and Requirements** * Civil engineer, architect, civil constructor, or architectural constructor * Valid professional license * Minimum 5 years of on-site or construction experience * Knowledge of procurement, budgeting, and construction scheduling * Focus on achieving the owner's objectives * Ability to make technical decisions on site Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
