Coordinate and supervise safety inspectors At Betania Colombia S.A.S., a company with over 30 years of experience in the development and management of industrial parks, we are seeking an OSH Inspector to join our team. **Purpose of the Position:** Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations during construction project execution, supervising contractors’ and workers’ on-site activities, verifying proper implementation of procedures, affiliation to the social security system, and correct application of risk prevention controls. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSH-MS) within the construction project. * Verify affiliation and payment into the social security system (health, pension, and ARL) for all personnel entering the site, managing corresponding registrations. * Coordinate and supervise safety inspectors assigned to the project. **Requirements:** * Academic qualification: Technical or Technological degree in Occupational Safety and Health, with valid license. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site activities. * Additional training: Valid Occupational Safety and Health license; “Height Work Coordination” course; “Authorized Worker” certification registered with the Ministry of Labor; 50-hour or 20-hour virtual OSH course; First Aid certification. **Working Conditions:** * **Contract type:** Fixed-term contract * **Work location:** Funza, Cundinamarca * **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday * Direct employment with the company * **Position type:** Full-time * On-site employment Position type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
