We promote new ideas, foster innovation, and ensure equal opportunity for all candidates. **Are You Ready to Begin?** **With Us, You Can.** **Requirements:** Specialty Engineering professional (Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related fields), with a minimum of five (5\) years’ experience in building construction projects, responsible for leading technical inspection of project specialties, ensuring proper execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and established quality standards. Must provide direct and continuous on-site supervision of physical progress of installations, ensuring appropriate coordination, compatibility, and technical compliance of electrical, hydrosanitary, mechanical, and special systems. Additionally, responsible for conducting technical reviews, validating progress, and consolidating reports enabling project control and monitoring. **Responsibilities:** * Lead technical inspection of project specialties in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Directly and continuously supervise physical progress of installations on site. * Control proper execution of electrical networks, lighting, telecommunications, hydraulic and sanitary networks, fire protection systems, electronic security, ventilation and mechanical extraction, among others. * Verify compatibility and proper integration of various specialties with civil works. * Ensure compliance with technical regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. * Conduct technical reviews of installations during different stages of construction. * Prepare and validate progress reports for specialties to enable project control. **What We Offer:** * Hybrid work schedule (on-site and remote) / to be agreed with management according to responsibilities. * Annual performance evaluations. * Two climate surveys per year. * Opportunity to join a multinational company with high quality standards and growth trajectory. * Possibility to participate in multidisciplinary projects at national, regional, and global levels. * Eligibility for our Own It program, allowing you to acquire shares of WSP Global through monthly contributions (deducted via payroll) and benefit from an additional 50% employer contribution (subject to defined maximum amount).
