Anticipate internal and external business issues to align sales priorities, strategies, and tactics. * **Achieve Sales Targets:** Achieve and exceed sales targets during the respective fiscal period by developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing ones. Build value propositions leveraging products from the portfolio and other BDX lines, based on customer purchasing behavior and their most pressing needs. * **Resource Management:** Submit periodic and appropriate reports on commercial management expenses, properly manage business resources, and protect profitability. * **Business Analysis:** Evaluate business feasibility, conditions, and profitability through detailed analysis. After contract closure, conduct continuous follow-up on contract progress and fulfillment. * **Market Knowledge:** Demonstrate knowledge and analytical capability regarding market potential, behavior, penetration, and competitive status. Develop the business planning process, prepare reports, and update the CRM system, maintaining continuous communication with other team members. * **Stakeholder Relationships:** Maintain an updated map of key stakeholders at each institution—including their needs, influence relationships, and decision-making roles—to leverage them in achieving business objectives. * **Consultative Commercial Support:** Provide consultative commercial support to hospitals considering the use of our products, offering guidance for procurement and optimal utilization. * **Collections and Portfolio Management:** Perform customer collections, collect and timely deliver received payments, and manage the portfolio in accordance with BD policies. * **Value Proposition Development:** Develop value propositions for customers to drive sales growth and portfolio penetration, aligned with BD segmentation. **Regulatory Compliance:** Comply with the implementation, maintenance, and participation in Quality Management Systems and the Occupational Health and Safety System. **Education and Prior Experience** * **University Degree:** Preferably in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. * Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce * Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the biosciences sector or related industries. **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
