We are looking for a Safety and Health at Work professional with a valid license to join our technical team in a construction oversight contract, with at least 2 years of experience in similar or equivalent positions in civil works projects, specifically in road construction or improvement. Must have knowledge and understanding of current SST regulations. Experience in oversight or construction contracts is desirable. Main responsibilities: Supervise the contractor's compliance with the SG\-SST. Conduct field monitoring and report unsafe conditions and actions. Verify work permits, PPE, and emergency plans. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Accompany on-site activities to ensure mitigation of occupational risks. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with the construction team.
