**Responsibilities**
* Effectively manage the maintenance budget, ensuring preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
* Guarantee high availability and reliability of the plant’s critical assets.
* Manage plant shutdowns (turnarounds), including planning, execution, and control of costs and timelines.
* Lead and develop the technical maintenance team.
* Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations, Process Safety Management (PSM) procedures, HAZOP studies, risk management, and HSE standards.
* Administer contracts with specialized suppliers and contractors.
* Implement management indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, reliability, and maintenance costs.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects, operational reliability, and asset management (RCM).
* Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Industrial Safety departments.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Electronic Engineering.
Advanced specialization or master’s degree in Maintenance Management or Reliability/Asset Management is desirable.
Required experience: Minimum 10 years leading maintenance departments, technical teams, and large-scale maintenance projects.
Technical knowledge:
Maintenance of rotating and static equipment.
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS / SAP PM).
Operational reliability, root cause analysis (RCA), RCM.
Applicable technical and safety regulations for the industry.
Languages: Advanced English, minimum B2\.
