Actively participate in building standardized processes **Job Description** ---------------------- Analyze and provide effective solutions to Sellers (suppliers) on our platforms by applying the company's established processes. 1\. Resolve our Sellers' concerns and difficulties regarding the use of platforms through which their operations, sales, and payments are channeled. 2\. Provide Sellers with truthful and logical information regarding process updates, changes to terms and conditions, commission rate increases, shipment status changes, product returns, and cancellations. 3\.
