




Fundación Hogares Claret requires a therapeutic instructor for its team to provide continuous support to program users, ensuring healthy coexistence, conflict prevention, crisis intervention, time management, and the development of daily living activities. **Academic Level:** Professional in Pedagogy, Bachelor's degree in basic education with emphasis on play-based learning, arts, or special education / Technician or Technologist in family promotion, recreation, artistic and cultural education. **Experience:** Work experience with children and adolescents / Professionals: 4 months \- Technician or Technologist: 12 months / Normalist: 18 months / High school graduate: 24 months. **Work Location:** Kilometer 7, Armenia Road – Guacarí Village – Next to Punto 30 / Pereira \- Risaralda. **Type of Contract:** Work or Labor Contract. **Salary:** $1\.450\.000 Monthly \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Overtime Pay \+ Shift Differentials. **Responsibilities:** **1\.** Plan, organize, direct, and control center activities related to the position. **2\.** Conduct individual and group interventions when emotional containment and support are required. **3\.** Lead and implement the coexistence agreement and conflict resolution strategies in alignment with the pedagogical component. **4\.** Participate in developing individual care plans, follow-ups, and other required reports. **5\.** Promote active participation of users in all educational and pedagogical activities, demonstrating authority, trust, and care. **6\.** Lead scheduled therapeutic group sessions in daily living activities. **7\.** Ensure compliance with scheduled daily living activities. **8\.** Conduct regular inspections of physical facilities, removing illicit substances and sharp or pointed tools and materials that could be used to cause physical harm. **9\.** Create spaces for reflection to identify and overcome negative behaviors or conduct. **10\.** Provide academic support and reinforcement to program users. **11\.** Safeguard the physical and psychological safety and integrity of users to prevent and avoid abuse and situations that compromise their dignity and safety. **12\.** Organize, accompany, and evaluate sports, cultural, educational, social, or recreational outings conducted within the program. **13\.** Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
