### **Description** Consorcio Constructor Línea Férrea is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Topography Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, reviewing, and executing topographic design processes, ensuring the development of necessary basic and detailed engineering for the successful implementation of our road infrastructure projects. This position requires a solid academic background and a proven track record in managing topographic teams and projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage all topographic activities related to assigned road and railway infrastructure projects. * Coordinate the planning, execution, and control of field and office topographic work. * Supervise and review topographic designs, ensuring their accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. * Develop and implement required basic and detailed topographic engineering to ensure proper project execution. * Ensure correct application of national and international regulations across all topographic aspects of road and railway projects. * Manage and optimize the use of advanced topographic equipment and technology. * Collaborate closely with other departments (engineering, construction, etc.) to ensure project integration and success. * Prepare technical and progress reports, and present topographic work results to project management. * Train and mentor staff under supervision, fostering a safe and productive work environment. **Job Requirements:** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Topographic Engineering, or Topographic Technology. * Minimum of 8 years’ verifiable experience serving as Topography Manager or Coordinator in road and railway infrastructure projects. * In-depth knowledge of national and international regulations related to topography in road projects. * Advanced proficiency in specialized software such as Ispol, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD. * Practical experience configuring and operating applications for topographic equipment. * Valid Class B1 driver’s license. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and ability to manage work teams. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory capabilities. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines. * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Capacity to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in international projects. * Knowledge of project management methodologies. * Additional training or certifications in areas related to topography and engineering.
